OUR NEIGHBORHOODS, BUSINESSES, AND WAY OF LIFE ARE WORTH PROTECTING
Knowing that climate change is already impacting us and that future impacts will be more acute, we must collectively work to ensure that our community continues to be a place of opportunity for all. Ann Arbor is stepping up to this challenge by launching A2Zero, a new initiative that creates a map for how we’ll achieve a just transition to carbon neutrality, community-wide, by the year 2030. But we can’t do this alone. We need to work together to make A2Zero a success.
WAYS TO GET INVOLVED
From discussing with your colleagues, to hosting a trivia night with friends or sharing a survey on social media, there are many ways for you to engage in One Climate Future.
Through the A2Zero planning process, we have conducted three surveys. The first was focused on understanding community priorities and what actions you would like to see the community take to advance our carbon neutrality efforts. The second survey explored community priorities and perceptions of climate risks. The third survey asked what changes to the community and other supports you need to help protect our city and climate.
Curious about our survey results?
